【报告人简介】：Prof Jingzhe Pan is internationally renowned for his research work on the sintering science of engineering ceramics and the degradation theory of biomaterials. In 2018 Prof Pan was awarded the Verulam Medal and Prize in recognition of his distinguished contributions to ceramics by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IoM3). Prof Pan is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. He is currently the Deputy Head of Schoolof Engineering, the Head of Mechanics of Materials Research Group and the Interim Dean of Dalian Leicester Institute at the University of Leicester.
