To stimulate students' imagination and creativity, the school's Youth League Working Committee held the third campus manhole cover painting for public benefit activity in mid-November. The theme of this activity was "The Chinese Decade in My Eyes", which received positive response from students on the campus. In a period of 5 days, they put on "new clothes" for 24 manhole covers in campus living areas.

During the conception period, the working committee of the Youth League widely collected the students' painting contributions. After collective thinking and polishing, they finally formed a series of meaningful circular paintings, which laid the foundation for the subsequent manhole cover painting.

Unlike daily paper painting, manhole covers are exposed to the ground for many years. The dust and uneven surface add a lot of difficulty to the manhole cover painting. It takes up to four hours to finish a manhole cover painting, from cleaning and drawing the mesh, to drawing the shape according to the line draft, applying the acrylic paint, and waiting for the paint to air dry and spray the light. However, the volunteers are always very enthusiastic.

The campus manhole cover has been given a new life. Let those unnoticed small corners into a different art world.
