The Organization Department is the central department of the student union, which is the bridge between the college, various departments and students, and also directly connects with the university-level league committee. It is responsible for the overall construction of the student union, the training management and quality improvement of the grassroots league cadres and members, and the evaluation and promotion of them. It is also responsible for the development of new members and the management of the Communist Youth League of China(CCYL) in DLI. Make efforts in promoting the system of smart construction of CCYL and other basic rudimentary work which are on the basic of the spirit of the higher CCYL organizations, coordinate all the departments to organize relevant activities, and helping to coordinate the construction of the DLI student union teams.
