The Department of Management and Training (DMT) is subordinate to the Career Planning and Employment Association (CPEA). Currently, there are 11 members  in DMT. The atmosphere in DMT is harmonious and members help each other and strive forward.      

DMT is responsible for organizing activities related to employment, studying abroad, postgraduate entrance examination and postgraduate guarantee. In order to strengthen the core competitiveness of college students in the workplace and on the road of study, DMT also regularly holds resume design competition and career planning competition.

DMT cooperates with the campus CPEA to contact the relevant persons in charge of the recruitment enterprise during the recruitment season every year so as to escort the employment of the college students. DMT also send benefits and warmth to the students in the postgraduate entrance examination every year so that the students can participate the examinations in the best condition. We are a group of people who are not good at expressing ourselves, but everyone in the DMT will make a contribution to CPEA of the institute with practical actions and keep working hard for the bright future of the college students!
